Biography
Dr Nazem Al Ioussef is a General Dentist licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), with an Implantology Privilege recorded on his licence. He consults at Liberty Dental Clinic in Jumeirah 3, Dubai, and speaks with patients in Arabic, English and Russian.
He studied dentistry at Irkutsk State Medical Institute in Russia and graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1995. Postgraduate training in oral and dental surgery followed in Irkutsk until 1999, the year he began practising in Dubai at Al Mousa Medical Centre.
His main clinical focus is dental implants, together with surgical work inside the mouth: the surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, exposing impacted teeth for orthodontic treatment, apicectomy, the removal of cysts and of small growths inside the mouth, frenum surgery and gingivectomy.
