This website has no enquiry form, no messaging button and no booking tool. It does not ask for, and cannot receive, information about your health. If you email appointments@lmg.ae, please do not include symptoms, diagnoses or treatment details. Appointments and clinical matters are handled by Liberty Dental Clinic, whose clinical records are kept inside the United Arab Emirates in accordance with Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the Use of Information and Communication Technology in Health Fields and the Dubai Health Authority data protection policy.

- Emails you send reach the mailbox appointments@lmg.ae.
- Regulators and authorities, where the law requires it.

Non-health contact data sent to these providers is protected by their published data-protection commitments and contractual safeguards. No health information is transferred outside the UAE through this website.

## How long we keep it

- Emails: 12 months.
- Clinical records: held by Liberty Dental Clinic, as required by UAE law (25 years from the last procedure).
- Server logs: 30 days.
